For years, we observed unwarranted differences and disparity of compensation packages across Colorado’s product management community and in 2019 we decided to take a closer look. In doing so, we hoped to shine a light on these differences to help eliminate biases, support equal pay by gender and race, and empower community members to better negotiate fair compensation. The transparency of our salary survey makes the entire community stronger and helps ensure Product community members are paid fairly and equitably for their work.
Analysis
Colorado Product Foundation conducts an annual survey across hundreds of Product community members. With this data, we perform a thorough analysis of the community and compensation levels across a variety of important dimensions, including:
