Board of Directors
Colorado Product Foundation’s Board of Directors aren’t product management experts – nor do we pretend to be – we’re simply a community of successful Product professionals that are rooted in, invested in and passionate about the Colorado tech community and the organization’s vision and mission.
Adam is currently Chief Product Officer at SwingU, a leading golf GPS and game improvement app, and is a Founder of Colorado Product and its predecessor, the Boulder Product Meetup. He has a strong history of building groundbreaking products supporting 10x enterprise business growth and/or successful startup exits. Prior to SwingU, Adam held numerous Product leadership roles across Twitter, Gnip (acq. Twitter), and OneRiot (acq. WalmartLabs). Outside of the hectic world of Product, Adam enjoys a round of golf, chasing his son around, and a good cocktail (sometimes all at the same time).
Aaron Duke is a product leader with over 20 years of diverse experience within product management and development. Aaron has worked at local Denver start-ups Blinker, CirrusMD, Pomp Beauty and Nymbl Science, and over the COVID era started his own Product consultancy practice. He truly enjoys community building and gravitates to the healthcare, health and wellness space but really just wants to eat a good meal.
Allegra is a Senior Product Manager at a Series-B startup called soona, a creative ecommerce product photography and videography solution. Her forte is distilling purpose from chaos, building lasting trust in organizations, helping companies discovery and strengthen their product-market-fit, and always enjoys conversations over a beer or cup of coffee. She is an avid backpacker, whiteboard-diagram enthusiast, and loves a good podcast or video game. She has been a director with Colorado Product since 2018, and leads the events and curriculum programs.
Holly Vezina is Head of Product at Sholder, restoring and elevating human connections. She has over 15 years of experience building and supporting high performing development teams. Products she and her teams have built are used today in many Fortune 100 companies. She has worked with startups for most of her career and has scaled global products/product teams. She is passionate about delightful user experiences, training/upskilling, and supporting people in product. Holly is a Colorado native and outdoor enthusiast who when she isn’t helping to solve complex customer/user puzzles, can be found skiing or hiking with her 2 kids.
Skye Bacus is the Director of Product Management at Brandfolder, a Smartsheet company. As a product leader, she enjoys building customer-obsessed teams who can rapidly collaborate and iterate on easy to use experiences that solve complex problems. Her career has focused on enabling people to live their best lives and do their best work in the healthcare, work efficiency, and marketing automation spaces. In her free time, you’ll find her running, climbing, and skiing near Lakewood, CO.
Rachel is a Product Leader at END-Labs, a Web 3 startup. She started her career as a software engineer but got tired of building products that didn’t solve real problems. This led her to the field of product. As a product manager she has worked for both startups and enterprise level companies in the fintech space. She is passionate about helping others break into the tech industry and is focused on building healthy work environments that empower a scalable and thriving workforce.
Victoria is a Product Manager at Meta, currently working on Facebook Watch video ranking and creator ecosystem. From working in refineries in China, to doing manufacturing sales in Switzerland, Victoria finally found her home in Product in 2019. In her free time, Victoria enjoys hiking, skiing, and chasing her dog in Boulder, CO.
Ben has been building software for 15+ years. Currently a Group Product Manager @ Dutchie, he studied computer science at CU Boulder, and has worked in customer success, as a software engineer, and engineering management in addition to product management. The majority of his career, 9 years, was spent growing with Boulder born SendGrid from a small startup (~20 ppl) to IPO and beyond. Outside of work, Ben loves to raft, camp, hike, bike, and frisbee w/ his wife Sara, daughter Molly, and son Finn.
