We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Product Marketing Manager who can shape the voice of myStrength and help expand our customer and end-user reach. This is a cross-functional role where you will work with our Product, Clinical, and BD teams to help communicate with our customers and consumers and expand sales opportunities. You will be responsible for managing new product launches, creating content for sales, and building materials for customer success. We are looking for someone with a creative mind, excellent communication skills, and an eye for good design.   • Build and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Manage all product communications with existing customers and consumers including a weekly newsletter.
  • Help customers reach their populations by holding brainstorming sessions and providing marketing toolkits customized to their needs.
  • Work with the myStrength design team to update marketing collateral and make it easily accessible to partners and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and BD teams to identify new ways to attract prospective customers.
  • Iteratively adjust and refine our marketing strategy based on industry trends, customer feedback, and user analytics.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a digital marketing role.
  • Experience managing email outreach campaigns (Mailchimp experience a big plus).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to execute minimal design changes to update collateral based on existing templates.
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated – ability to define a strategy and execute against tight deadlines.
  • Ability to value accuracy and attention to detail while still being creative.
  • Past experience in a clinical or health setting a huge plus.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager that has extensive background in product and market research and excels in outbound marketing tactics. This person will be enthusiastic to offer the most competitive and unique offerings for our customers and will continuously improve the customer experience. This person will be self-motivated and have the drive to competitively position the Travelers Haven and Hotel Engine applications to both domestic and global audiences. This person will be intellectual curious and will continuously gather customer feedback to help us make smarter decisions to deliver even better products.



  • Develop positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for Travelers Haven and Hotel Engine’s products and features that drive demand generation
  • Build and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches and new features
  • Conduct market research to understand the different customer segments, their needs including how they buy and their buying criteria, and the existing product gaps
  • Enable sales and marketing to ensure alignment around each product/feature for more efficient pricing proposals and opportunity closes
  • Train sales and marketing teams, develop collateral, and work on website optimization
  • Work cross-functionally with Development, Marketing and Communications, Sales, to ensure readiness for new product/feature launches
  • Further sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
  • Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation
  • Be the expert in market intelligence –know your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and know how to competitively sell or position our products compared to the competition


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of efficiently executing go-to-market strategies and crafting compelling product narratives
  • Keen curiosity to conduct extensive housing and travel market research pricing, features, and reaching out to customers for continuous product improvements
  • Eagerness to educate existing customers and prospects on our products
  • Excellent people and project management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
  • Ability to excel in past-faced cross-functional environments with minimal supervision



  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
  • Product marketing experience with at least 2 years in a customer facing role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer focus and data-oriented personality
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications

The Director of Product Marketing, will work closely with the product and marketing organizations and will be responsible for managing, steering, and creating product-specific marketing content and programs. This person will have a understanding of how to tune funnel efficiency from product evaluation through purchasing, onboarding, and customer success. A successful candidate will have experience and passion around packaging, positioning, messaging, launching, and evangelizing VictorOps products and features.
Our primary languages for developing backend software is Scala/Ruby using an Agile development process.


  • Establish product go-to-market strategies as well as leading and managing all product / feature launch activities including cross-functional launch management, messaging, sales enablement, internal training, customer communication, and driving post-launch product / feature adoption.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, success, and marketing teams to create effective sales and competitive analysis tools; and to bring the Voice of the Customer into the business.
  • Work with product and customer success to understand customer feature adoption behavior. Profile customer behavior, segment customers based on behaviors, and identify strategies to retain and drive upsell opportunities based on identified patterns.
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop processes for synthesizing customer and market data to prioritize roadmap items, drive customer value, and optimize go-to-market strategies based on buyer needs.


  • Oversee new product go-to-market strategy and launch execution
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver product-specific content and projects
  • Work closely with the Content Strategy team to ensure that product message, value, and content is consistent across all touchpoints
  • Stay close to the competition by regularly evaluating competitive product offerings, and arming Sales with information, battle cards, and sell-against collateral
  • Update competitive matrices, sharing key differentiators and themes to use in integrated campaigns
  • Create content that dives deep into specific product features, integrations, use cases
  • Collect customer testimonials and case studies
  • Continually iterate on buyer / user personas
  • Test and validate potential new offerings (features and messages) with prospects and customers


  • 5+ years marketing / product marketing experience
  • 3-5+ years product marketing experience within high-tech environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing – MBA a plus
  • Highly driven and self-motivated, comfortable with autonomy and driving initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects
  • Ability to operate in a strategic capacity with limited supervision
  • Excellent people, management, and organizational skills to interact with staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams as well as 3rd parties
  • Must be flexible and able to manage multiple projects and personalities at all times
