What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Work closely with product management to translate and articulate the value of our offerings into compelling narratives and plan
  • Continually refine and update the story around our platform and services as we continue to develop new products internally and acquire new assets and capabilities through acquisitions

  • Create ready to market, ready to sell and ready to scale plans and supporting materials for new product launches and feature and functionality enhancements
  • Work with channel partners and resellers to support sale of our products and services through additional market channels
  • Be the central point of market intelligence, gathering information from various constituents across the company including product and sales, as well as through primary market research, competitive reviews, etc.
  • Work closely with sales, sales operations and deal management to create and rollout supporting materials that help us more efficiently and effectively sell our products and services in the market
  • Work closely with the marketing communications team to help communicate product messages to different audiences (e.g. internal, clients, partners)
  • Manage the product marketing team including prioritization, resource management, mentorship, and performance management
